Former Manchester United and Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho, has agreed terms with Turkish side Fenerbahce to become their new manager on a two-year contract, according to Sky Italy.
Mourinho has been on the market since he was sacked AS Roma in January after two-and-a-half years in charge.
During his time at the Serie A club, he won the Europa Conference League.
This move would be Mourinho’s 11th position across a managerial career spanning 24 years.
Fenerbahce have just narrowly missed out in an epic title race and Ismail Kartal is set to pay the price.
Mourinho will be tasked with ending a decade-long wait for a Super Lig title as he takes charge of his 11th different team and looks to land success in another European league having lifted trophies in Portugal, England, Spain and Italy.
The Portuguese boss will be reunited with Fred, whom he signed in his final summer at Manchester United. The Brazilian midfielder has just finished his first year in Turkey but was reportedly never wanted by Mourinho, who ended up sanctioning his arrival.
