Nigerian womenswear designer, Wana Sambo has expressed her displeasure at other Nigerian designers who copy her designs and even include them in their collections.
In a series of videos shared via her Instastory, the designer ranted about Nigerian designers who have consistently copied her design. She said she had been silent about the matter for a while but has now decided to take it up.
“Now I’m really upset, don’t be copying my s**t. I mean if you don’t put a Wana Sambo piece in my collection, wouldn’t it come out great?!”, she said.
The designer further advised the copycats to meet Jesus for ideas as she gets her creativity from God. She also warned that she will not hesitate to name names if she notices such again.
