According to reports, it seems Real Madrid Portuguese star, Cristiano Ronaldo, will be getting married anytime soon. Adding to the growing speculations is his mother, Maria Dolore, who dropped a wedding hint by describing her son’s Spanish girlfriend, Georgina Rodriguez, as her future daughter-in-law.
63-year-old Maria Dolore made the statement in an interview with Cristina magazine, where she addressed the Real Madrid player’s love life, as well as his children.
Speaking to the Portuguese publication, she revealed her love for the 24-year-old model who gave birth to the couple’s first child Alana in November 2017. According to her, her a ‘future daughter-in-law is a ‘very calm person’.
Her words: ‘She is the mother of my grand-daughter. She is a future daughter-in-law. She’s not my daughter-in-law yet [but] she’s a future daughter-in-law.’
Asked if her the father-of-four needed someone by his side, Maria responded: ‘Yes. We do a lot of mad things in life and there’s a time when you need to stop and think and shape your life. He’s reaching that point.’
Report has it that Cristiano Ronaldo has doled out a whooping £615,000 (Six hundred and fifteen thousand pounds) about (N301million) for an engagement ring.
Georgina made her social media followers go crazy after posting a short video on Instagram stories in which she flaunted the ring, sparking huge rumors that the pair are planning to tie the knot very soon.
