Nollywood actor, Zubby Michael has responded to the trolling ad draggings he received for not mourning his late colleague, Junior Pope.
Kemi Filani reported that after the news of Junior Pope’s death made rounds online, netizens had dragged Zubby Michael, who was the best man at Junior Pope’s wedding and close friends with him, for not publicly mourning him. The actor didn’t put up any posts to mourn his colleague’s death but was posting videos of himself living his best life.
Now reacting to the criticisms he received, he told his critics to rest as he noted how not everything needs to be posted.
“Make una rest no be by posting”.
Recall that his female colleague, Angela Okorie had made it known that Zubby can never put up such a post because he knows why he is running as she hinted at a beef between JP and Zubby.
She further noted how Zubby is fighting everyone in the industry, including the late Junior Pope because he wants to be the number one of Nollywood. Meanwhile, Junior Pope was his senior.
In another post, she noted how Zubby was Junior Pope’s best man during his wedding, yet he didn’t acknowledge him during his death.
She slammed the actor, noting how he isn’t anybody’s friend because of his envy and obsession with being number 1, and rained curses on him.
Actor, Yul Edochie faced a similar fate as netizens criticized him for not mourning Junior Pope because he wasn’t in support of his marriage to Judy Austin.
Responding to them, Yul put up a prayerful message which stated that as long as his heart is clean and he doesn’t wish his fellow human evil, whoever wishes him evil will be put to shame.
