Soulful Nigerian singer, Chike has said he would love to collaborate with ‘Bloody Samaritan’ crooner, Ayra Starr.The ‘Roju’ singer in a chat with Pulse Tv said she is beautiful to look at.
“I love Ayra Starr. When she just pops up on my screen, I am excited in a good way. I am like, ‘so beautiful to look at’ the music and the way she sings”.
The music star also noted that he is under pressure to surpass his debut album’s success.
“I am under pressure, i feel like there are so things I am saying in the second album that I didn’t say before.I may be confused but I am not scared.We started doing this when there was nothing.There is pressure but we cannot stop because of pressure”.
Speaking further, Chike said he doesn’t joke with his money, adding that if someone owe him money, he will collect it.
“If someone owe me money, I will collect it.There are different ways to collect your money.I don’t have any issues parting with a huge sum of money as far as I know that there is value in it and I know I can make it back.But if the agreement is that you will pack back, you shall pay back”.
Asked why he shares snippets of his performances on instagram, he said: “I just believe I am at a place in my career when I think it’ s good for me go talk about it, to post it just so people will see it.To see that you are available, to see that you can deliver”.
