Mercy Aigbe, Wumi Toriola, Biola Bayo, other colleagues and fans of actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday are concerned about her well being especially after she lost her mum on Thursday September 23, 2021.
This is because earlier this month, the actress, Nkechi Blessing in a chat with Chude Jideonwo revealed that the only thing that can ever break her is if her mum dies.
“My mother has been through a lot, she single handedly took care of us even before i lost my father in 2014, she has been there for us….I take care of home before impressing the streets, I pray God blesses me enough to make her happy…. Father in heaven it will never happen, but the only thing that will make me sad and the world will see me cry is when my mum dies but not now in Jesus name, she will live long o, asides that, nothing else” Nkechi said.
The sad news of her mother’s death which was announced on Instagram by Toyin Abraham, comes days after Nkechi Blessing arrived in Lagos to take a photo shoot with her mum and sister, in preparation for their birthdays.
On Sunday, the actress shared a picture of herself, her mother and her sister announcing that preparations are ongoing for their birthday, which is to hold on September 28 and 29.

In 2020, Nkechi Blessing gifted her mother a brand new Sienna and was planning on gifting her house as well before she passed away.
