Nigerian filmmaker, Tchidi Chikere has spoken out on his new marriage after receiving heavy backlash for getting married for a third time.
Kemi Filani reported on Monday that has given marriage a third attempt after previously failing twice at it.
The filmmaker was previously married to one Sophie and when the marriage crashed, he got married to actress, Nuella Njibigbo, who has now also left the marriage.
Announcing that he is married again, the filmmaker Tchidi Chikere via Instagram showed off the ring finger of his new wife with a caption that reads “Married! We did it here some months ago..just so my friends and fans know I m okay and HAPPY. God is on the throne”.
Meanwhile, the new wife has been unraveled to be one Kenechukwu Ezeh who is also an actress and a good friend of Yul Edochie’s second wife, Judy Austin.
The filmmaker, however, received heavy backlash for getting married rather than working on himself.
Taking to his Instagram page to advise his fans and followers, he stated that no one will pay them for the years they waited and stayed unhappy.
He admonished them to choose their friends, and fall in love with a good woman or man, no matter how long it takes the to find their partner.
Tchidi further noted how they have only one life to live.
“Someone needs to hear this advice. No one will pay you for how long waited. How long you stayed unhappy? How. long you were alone. We are l solitary birds… Choose you! Love your real friends. Fall in love with a good woman or man, no matter how long it takes you to find him/her, or how many times you try. You have only one life to live. Most of all, be at peace with God”.
Tchidi Chikere confirms marriage breakup with actress, Nuella Njubigbo
Kemi Filani reported in 2021 that Tchidi Chikere had broken his silence by indirectly confirming breakup with his wife, Nuella Njubigbo.
The couple had gone their separate ways after Nuella yanked her husband’s name off her bio and left for Ghana.
She blocked her husband Tchidi Chikere on all social media platforms raising suspicion that their marriage had crashed following domestic violence claims. However, the couple denied having any issues in their marriage. They took to their social media page to share a video of themselves in bed debunking the rumor of crashed marriage.
In a surprising twist, Tchidi in a cryptic post he made on Instagram, spoke about pains.
The producer wrote;
“Pain will leave once it is done teaching you… His grace has brought me this far, he is still with me”
