Popular reality TV star, Cross who featured in the season 6 Big Brother Naija has come out to beg Peter Obi’s supporters for unnecessary comment he made about their preferred presidential candidate.
On Instagram Live, the fitness enthusiast apologised, stating that his previous comments were not intended to offend. Instead, he explained that the media had taken a small part of a longer video out of context to generate reactions and controversy.
Despite never concealing his preference for a presidential candidate, Cross clarified that his recent comments were not intended to be taken out of context.
He explained that he was seeking answers to certain questions and was subsequently misunderstood.

BBNaija season 6 Finalist Cross, in a recent tweet, expressed shock over the victory the Labor party got in Lagos in the ongoing presidential election.
Sometimes last year 2022, like many others, Cross, had made it known that he loves and supports Atiku Abubakar. Cross revealed how Atiku took him like a son when he had nowhere to go.
However for some reason, Cross expressed joy over the recent development.
He wrote: Lagos… LP I hail una… well done can’t believe this ❤️.
Tinubu emerges winner of 2023 presidential election
Kemi Filani recalls that Cross never hid his desire for his choice of a presidential candidate; however, a few hours ago, the Independent National Electoral Commission declared Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the President-Elect of Nigeria.
Tinubu, a former Lagos State governor, emerged victorious in the 2023 presidential election after polling 8,794,726 votes.
Tinubu emerged as the winner ahead of other notable contenders, including the Peoples Democratic Party candidate, Atiku Abubakar, the Labour Party candidate, Peter Obi, and the New Nigeria Peoples Party candidate, Rabiu Kwankwaso. The three leading presidential candidates won in 12 states, while Kwankwaso claimed only Kano State.
In the end, Tinubu’s closest challenger, Atiku, a former vice president, fell short of victory by no fewer than 1.8 million votes. The results of the election have been widely discussed and analyzed by political analysts and Nigerians alike, with many expressing hope for a bright future under Tinubu’s leadership.
