Singer Davido’s best friend and celebrity barman, Cubana Chief priest, has stirred an online drama after allegedly shading Davido’s rival Burna Boy over the former’s newly purchased 2.5 billion naira Banana Island land.
Kemi Filani News earlier reported that Burna Boy reacted to Davido’s latest achievement on the microblogging platform, Twitter, by claiming to be the highest-paid artiste.
Following this, Davido took to his Instagram story to share a video of himself and his bestie, Cubana Chiefpriest partying in a bar with the latter throwing a subtle shade at Burna Boy.
The video captured Cubana Chiefpriest alleging that Burna Boy doesn’t have money but talks a lot.
He said: “He no get money ooo, na mouth he just dey make”
Mixed reactions have been trailing this post as netizens alleged that Cubana Chiefpriest is trying to fuel the feud between Davido and Burna Boy.
Netizens also accused him of being biased by not inviting Wizkid and Burna Boy to perform in his bars, unlike his former boss, Obi Cubana, who invites different music artistes.
