Nigerian disc jockey Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has mixed feelings as she sets to perform in Nigeria.
The daughter of businessman Femi Otedola, who is set to perform in Abuja this weekend, revealed that she hasn’t performed in Nigeria in 5 years.
Cuppy said she is feeling rusty and prays that muscle memory is real.
“Haven’t performed in Nigeria for 5 whole years. I’m rusty. Let’s pray muscle memory is real”.

Last week, Cuppy spoke about her hardest week, revealing that the past week nearly finished her as it was one of the hardest she has ever had. The daughter of Otedola expressed how proud she was that she made it to another week as she shared her bitter life lessons.
Last year, while giving fans a little insight into her life, she spoke about how busy she was and how she operates her life based on purpose and intention. She added that God was leading her to greater heights, and she’s ready for all He has in store.
When Nigeria celebrated its 64 years of gaining independence, Cuppy described Nigeria as her superpower. She admitted that though Nigeria is going through tough times, it remains and will always be a peace of hope. She stated that being a Nigerian is the superpower of her brand as no matter where she goes, she will always carry a piece of Nigeria with her.
Also, last year, Cuppy launched a fund at New York University for African students, showing how much she loves Africans. The foundation aims to help African students overseas.
