Nigerian former dancehall singer Cynthia Morgan has called out President Tinubu.
In a series of posts on her Instagram story, she declared the President the most terrible president Nigeria has ever had. She stated that removing 100 per cent of the subsidies was a terrible move on his part.
She, however, noted how it isn’t too late for the president to do something. Cynthia avowed that if the cost of fuel is N500, the cost of living will reduce. She added that it is only right we ease into total subsidy removal with the right development and infrastructure.

Last year, following the increase in fuel price. Actress, Destiny Etiko had lamented over the increase in fuel prices as she questioned what was going on in the country. She expressed how she thought the protest was to help salvage the economic hardship in the country.
Similarly, Lizzy Gold had noted how the price of new petrol pump was now N1000 for a litre and foodstuffs in the market are extremely expensive. Questioning how people were surviving, she appealed to the President to do something as she noted how the citizens look up to him.
