Nigerian singer, Bella Shmurda has won the hearts of many over his surprising appearance at his late friend, Mohbad’s son’s birthday.
Kemi Filani reported on Friday that the only child of the late upcoming singer had turned one and his Mohbad had released new photos of him which left some netizens questioning his paternity.
Actress, Iyabo Ojo had penned a heartfelt message to him, describing the toddler as a superstar and raining powerful prayers on him.
His mother threw a low-key birthday bash to mark his first milestone which had family and friends in attendance. Present at the parlor party were Mohbad’s mother and brother and singer, Bella Shmurda.
His appearance at the bash has left many praising him for sticking by his late friend even after his death.

Recall that when the news of Mohbad’s death broke out, Shmurda made headlines when he declared that he wouldn’t pay his last respects to his dear friend because he believed that his spirit was still very much alive.
In a previous statement, he claimed that Mohbad’s spirit wouldn’t let him rest until Naira Marley and his label were brought to book.
In a series of emotional posts, he revealed that he was finding it hard to move on with his life without Mohbad as he revealed what the late singer’s spirit told him.
Questioning the dead, he noted how his son, Liam would never get to know him but promised to keep his memory in his son’s mind and to take care of his son.
Weeks back, Omowunmi had cried out in an Instagram live, as she questioned if Nigerians were going to allow what happened to Mohbad, to happen to her and her son. She stated that she and her son are at Nigerians’ mercy as she claimed her life is been threatened daily and has been robbed of her freedom.
Calling for help, she stated that she is determined to seek justice for her husband and has refused to remain silent until the truth is revealed and accountability is served.
In another post, Wunmi revealed information about his death, claiming that she had been prevented from speaking by bullies in the music industry over the singer’s death. The mother of one expressed how helpless she was, as she further claimed that the bullies had been targeting her by releasing a voice note she recorded some years back.
