Music fans in Nigeria have assaulted Afro-pop vocalist, Davido, for enjoying comments mocking Wizkid‘s third babymama, Jada Pollock.
Ms Pollock, the mother of Wizkid’s third kid, had called out the 29-year-old artist on Wednesday, blaming him for abusive behaviour at home.
She additionally reported their split in the message which has now been deleted on social media.
“From today, Ayo and I will no longer work together. I have been in an abusive relationship with him for years. Covering up for him time and time again and I am tired.
“Wiz continuously puts his hands on me, leaves me with bruises that I cover up from the world, including my friends and family,” Pollock said.
Davido, 26, however, loved a few remarks which mocked Pollock who had in May 2018 commended Wizkid for his pledge to their child, Zion, portraying Wizkid as an incredible father.
Pollock’s commendations on the vocalist came at the time Wizkid’s second babymama, Binta Diamond, blamed the artist for treating her very own tyke like poo.
One of the comments Davido enjoyed reads: “…but you were siding with him to be the favorite baby mama. Women should learn how to support one another.”
Fans have responded angrily at Davido, saying he acted childishly.
