Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has spoken his mind concerning the recent signing of Cristiano Ronaldo by Juventus, after the Portugues was heavily linked to make a return to Old Trafford.
According to him, the move is an excellent one which will be good for the Italian Serie A because it will inspire Juventus rivals.
“Fantastic for Italian football: The Bianconeri will dominate for years and now it will be even easier with a player of His qualities,” Jose Mourinho said.
“But, I think it can be extra motivation for rivals. Maybe this supremacy of Juventus can give AC Milan, AS Roma, Inter Milan and Napoli to boost in the title.”
Juventus bagged the Scudetto last season, four points clear of nearest rivals Napoli. While the club have lost a big player in Gianluigi Buffon, they now have Ronaldo to call upon.
